Do I have to have my ID card to eat in Dillin Hall?
Yes, to protect your account from unauthorized use, we require that you present your own ID card for all-you-care-to-eat-meals and all retail purchases. We do not allow purchases to be made on your account unless you are present.
What do I do if I've lost my ID card?
Notify Linfield Campus Safety immediately at 503 883 7233. You will need to purchase a replacement card before visiting dining services.
How do I know how much money I have in my account?
Each time you make a transaction, your account balance is printed on your receipt. We can also do an inquiry for you at any card reader.
How do I know how much money I should have left in my account?
We have a sign posted in all of our venues on campus suggesting how much money you should have at that time to make your dining dollars last through the semeste..
What do I do if I run out of Declining Balance Dollars?
You can purchase Wildcat Cash, which functions exactly like Declining Balance Dollars, but with a bonus added at the time of purchase.

May I bring guests to meals using my meal plan?
Yes, you may use your Declining Balance Dollars or Wildcat Cash to purchase a meal for a guest. The all-you-care-to-eat-meals available on your meal plan may not be used for guests - only for your own meals.
May I take food out of Dillin Commons?
All retail meals are available for take out. During all-you-care-to-eat-meals, we do not permit food to be taken out unless you have pre-ordered a meal to go.
