Each of the residential meal plans we have developed for Linfield College students combines nine all-you-care-to-eat meals per week with varying amounts of declining balance dollars.

Our UPPER plan includes 50 all-you-care-to-eat meals and declining balance dollars. 


All-you-care-to-eat meals are Monday through Sunday Dinners, as well as Saturday and Sunday Brunch. All other meal times are operated on an ala-carte retail basis.

  *The SUPER, STANDARD, LIGHT, AND MINI meals do not carry over from week to week or day to day, are non-transferable, and for your own use only.  You may purchase meals for guests with your Declining Balance Dollars or Wildcat Cash.

  **The UPPER meals carry over from Fall to Spring and are transferable.


Declining Balance Dollars may be used during all retail meals, to purchase an all-you-care-to-eat meal in Dillin Hall for a guest, at Jazzman's at O'Riley's and the Nicholson Library, Catty Shack, or to purchase catering. During retail basis meals, items are priced individually so you are only charged for those items you select.

Unused Declining Balance Dollars do carry over from Fall Semester to the January Term, and into the Spring Semester. Declining Balance Dollars must be used before the end of the Spring Semester, as they do not carry over to the next academic year.

Wildcat Cash
Managing your dining budget can be difficult, but we have a great solution. Wildcat Cash is a convenient, pre-paid account, that works just like the Declining Balance Dollars on your meal plan. Your Wildcat Cash account offers a convenient and economical way to enjoy great meals on campus with your friends, classmates, and faculty.

Wildcat Cash can be purchased in increments of $25, at any time throughout the academic year. Also, we add bonus purchasing power, based on the amount of your deposits, adding to the economic value of the account.

Bonuses:
$25 - $99 = 3% bonus
$100- $199 = 5% bonus
$200 - $299 = 6% bonus

$300 or more = 10% bonus
